The project is a private high end residential project with a total area of 10,000ft² and is located in Fujian Fuqing City. In 2009, the client approved, Optimix for the external wall waterproof treatment. For the remainder of the works, including the bathrooms, the wet surfaces, pool and roof, other OPTIMIX products were specified: Products used: •  OPTIMIX WP515 Waterproofing Slurry (General), •  OPTIMIX WP525 JSⅢ waterproof coating, •  OPTIMIX WP533L Waterproofing Slurry (Semi-Flexible) and •  OPTIMIX WP568 Waterproofing Slurry (Flexible)

廣州長沙博祿塑膠粒物流中心專案採用WP515滲透結晶型防水塗料 廣東合捷國際供應鏈有限公司應中東地區客戶要求，投資興建的高標準、國際化的大型物流運轉基地，位於廣州長沙龍穴島。經過業主對目前的防水材料全面系統的考慮及綜合性能對比，決定採用我司奧迪美WP515滲透結晶型防水塗料。首期面積超過3萬平米，於2009年10月底完成防水工序。

广西南宁保利·21世家使用WP525通用型防水涂料   该工程位于南宁凤岭。是广西保利地产开发的大型高档住宅项目，全部精装修交房，总面积有10万平方米。2008年初动工，竣工日期预计为2009年底。其已使用“奥迪美-WP525通用型防水涂料。“奥迪美”防水系列产品以过硬的质量标准深得“保利”、“碧园”、“丰业创展”等大型房地产公司的信赖，皆指定我司的相关产品作为配套使用。
