The fast setting and high strength abilities are best suitable for locations where downtime is critical.   OPTIMIX WP568 Waterproofing Slurry (Flexible) readily blends to produce a slurry coat for outdoor and indoor applications of waterproofing, in both structural and architectural elements. It maintains good bonding to all cementitious based substrates or brickwork. It can be applied onto damp surfaces without affecting its waterproof and damp-proof performance. It is compatible with most of the coverings.

OPTIMIX (Greater China) and Poly Real Estate Group have been partnering in several projects in mainland China, and it’s significance to OPTIMIX has been increasing over time. This time OPTIMIX (Guangzhou) continued the partnership in a luxury residential development in Guangzhou (廣州保利天悅花園), which is located in Guangzhou Haizhu District.
