CIC has recently produced a video looking back at the rich history of Hong Kong’s construction industry and it also included on-site essential skill sharing like bricklaying, plastering and tiling, using modern premixed dry mortar. Project Overview: OPTIMIX Rooftop Waterproofing Solution for University of Saint Joseph, Macau Water leaking was found on the rooftop of University of Saint Joseph in Macau earlier. Such problem has always been commonly spotted in constructions and brought us unnecessary headaches. OPTIMIX's fan-favorite waterproofing system is able to offer you a helping hand in the fixing work, efficiently and effectively resolving the potential deterioration-causing predicament.   OPTIMIX WP568 Waterproofing Slurry (Flexible) is a premium quality 2-component pre-mixed mortar, specially formulated for applications as water seals to surfaces of all kinds of building elements that requires damp-proof or waterproof. It can be widely used at locations that will be susceptible to movement such as roof podiums and balconies, etc. OPTIMIX WP568 is free from casein, ammonia and harmful solvents thus it is particular suitable for use in smell sensitivity locations and areas with limited ventilation.
